A special stress will be put in the cases of : the economic relations of Latin America with EU, the economic relations within the Latin American Region (MERCOSUR, CAN, the proposal of ALBA); the role of international organizations and multinational corporations in economic development (including the subjects of: training of human resources and technology transfer), and the subject of the present hegemonic power of the USA versus the prospects of China and India. The course will help to our students identify and analyze the existing economical flows and political issues. |
