The course is designed for students of Journalism, Mass Communication and Sociology studying for a BA or MA degree. The objective of the course is to expand students´ general and specialised vocabulary, to improve their communication skills and to achieve accuracy in grammatical structures.
It is also focused on the vocabulary of academic and newspaper texts.

Aim of the course -

The objective of this course is to bridge the gap between secondary school German and the needs of a university student. After the course students should be able to follow economic lectures in German with great ease, to discuss economic topics in German and to do the internship abroad in a German speaking country.

CREDIT REQUIEREMENTS:

Vocabulary based on the texts covered in a given semester, solidified grammar and lexical structures in a complementary test (up to the conditional sentences).
