Annotation -
Development trends in electrophoretic methods, miniaturization, chip electrophoresis. Electrophoresis in proteomic studies. Non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis and its applications. Selected applications of capillary electrophoresis - separation of peptides and proteins, chiral separation. On-line "stacking" techniques in capillary electrophoresis for the analysis of biological materials. Micellar electrokinetic chromatography. Connection of capillary electrophoresis with advanced detection techniques and mass spectrometry.
