Institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad where graduates of our faculty can apply and where
students can use their knowledge and skills acquired at the faculty.
The main aim is to enable students to get to know the various workplaces (outside of the
pharmacy) where a graduate of the Pharmacy study program can apply. Such workplaces can be:
o Department of clinical pharmacy
o Department of nuclear medicine (radiopharmaceuticals preparation)
o Health insurance companies
o Regulatory authorities (State Institute for Drug Control, Ministry of health etc.)
o Pharmaceutical companies
o all kinds of laboratories in healthcare facilities or in separate laboratories (biochemical,
microbiological, hematological etc.)
o Research institutes

Předmět umožňuje studentům poznat instituce v České republice i v zahraničí na kterých se mohou
uplatnit absolventi naší fakulty a kde studenti využijí své na fakultě získané vědomosti a dovednosti.
Jednotlivé praxe trvají buď 40 a je možno mít více těchto praxí v jedné instituci. Jedná
se převážně o specializovaná zdravotnická zařízení léčebně preventivní péče, konkrétně např.
oddělení klinické farmacie, oddělení nukleární medicíny (příprava radiofarmak); různé typy laboratoří
zejména mikrobiologické, hematologické či biochemické laboratoře. Dále je možno tuto praxi vykonat
u regulační autorit ve zdravotnictví (např. Státní ústav pro kontrolu léčiv, Státní zdravotní ústav,
Ministerstvo zdravotnictví ČR), v různých farmaceutických firmách, ve zdravotních pojišťovnách či
v primárně výzkumných institucích (např. Akademie věd či Centrum biologického výzkumu FN HK). Pro
konání praxe v lékárnách jsou primárně určeny povinné předměty (Propedeutická lékárenská praxe,
Odborná praxe v lékárně I a II).

Syllabus -
During the internship, the student gets to know a specific workplace where he/she can use his/her knowledge and skills acquired during the current theoretical and practical training at the faculty. The student gets to know the activities that the selected workplace deals with. Confronts his/her theoretical knowledge and knowledge from the faculty with the practical implementation of a given activity in the field. The student learns about the activities that the activities carried out by the staff of the facility. According to the possibilities of the workplace, he/she carries out the following activities himself/herself as instructed supervision of the work assigned to him/her by the practice supervisor or other professional staff. In addition to his/her own the practical aspect of the placement, the student focuses on the organisational structure, the staffing and organisation of the workplace and, where appropriate, the workload of the pharmacist at the workplace.

Během odborné praxe student poznává konkrétní pracoviště, na kterém může využít své znalosti a dovednosti získané v rámci dosavadní teoretické i praktické výuky na fakultě. Student poznává činnosti, kterými se vybrané pracoviště zabývá. Konfrontuje své teoretické poznatky a vědomosti z fakulty s praktickou realizací dané aktivity v terénu. Seznamuje se s činnostmi, které realizují pracovníci daného zařízení. Podle možností pracoviště sám podle pokynů vykonává pod dohledem svěřené práce, které mu přidělí vedoucí praxe nebo jiní odborní pracovníci. Kromě vlastní praktické stránky pobytu na pracovišti se student zaměřuje rámcově i na organizační strukturu, personální vybavení pracoviště a organizaci práce, a případně pracovní náplň farmaceuta na daném pracovišti.
