Annotation -
Students will learn and improve their movement skills in given areas of sport or physical activities. They will gain experience and knowledge that they can apply in their own leisure activities. They will develop the ability to independently plan and implement sports and physical activities in their free time and will gain better physical fitness. Course content: Multi-day course teaching (5 - 10 days) associated with active and intensive physical activity in a selected movement area during the summer semester and holidays. The courses are organized in the form of attendance at a selected location with overnight stays. The courses are 5 - 10 days long. The courses are sports or cycling. The courses are domestic and foreign, and run from May to September. The course content is an introduction to the nature of physical activity, occupational health and safety, material and technical base and the development and consolidation of physical abilities and skills. Objective: Improving the level of motor skills and physical level - influencing a positive approach to sports activities, understood as a defense against civilization diseases and stress, supporting a healthy lifestyle of students. Summer courses are activities focused both on gaining physical fitness and various specific forms of movement, as well as on exploring the natural environment.     • sports - volleyball, softball, frisbee, floorball, tennis, lazy tennis, table tennis, football, orienteering, paddling, air rifle shooting, summer biathlon, competitions, tournaments, races, obstacle race of three-person teams, exercises with music (taebo, ZUMBA), hardening, small sports games - ringo, croquet, lacrosse, badminton, pétanque, etc.
    • tourism - trips in the South Bohemian region.
    • cultural - carnival, karaoke, social evening with music, knowledge quiz, encryption game.
  • Option II: Activities cycling course:
    • Stage cycling trips around the area Lectures on group riding safety, lectures on bike maintenance
