The metabolic disorders, their diagnostics and treatment are discussed. Substrates in parenteral and enteral nutrition - their choice and combinations. Treatment of shock, sepsis, multiorgan insufficiency. The discussion is based on the application of knowledge of biochemistry and pathology in clinical practice.

Výuka je zaměřena na řešení kasuistik z oblasti metabolických poruch a jejich léčby a zabývá se problematikou parenterální a enterální výživy. Zahrnuta je diagnostika a léčba šokových stavů různé etiologie, multiorgánová selhání, sepse. Na výuce spolupracují teoretičtí a kliničtí pracovníci.
