The content of the subject: The course is aimed to provide students with an overview of the most common genetic
defects from the perspective of pathologist. The lecture includes a rich graphical documentation and summarizes
also the historical aspects of these defects. It discusses not only autopsy and clinical findings, but also the role of
graphical methods and possibilities of prenatal diagnostics.
