Obsah předmětu v angl.: The most recent knowledge of reproductive medicine and the utilization of these
knowledge in clinical routine of assisted reproductive technologies. The lecture will be dealing with fertilization of
oocyte, early embryonic development including elimination of paternal mitochondria and the medical significance
of the phenomenon, i.e. issue of mitochondrial diseases and options how to prevent them.
