Prerequesits to the attendance in Dobronice First Aid Experience Spring Camp: passed MCQ test testing theory according to online textbook Malek et al. Credit is given for attending FAESC (if, for a good reason, a student cannot attend FAESC, credit is given for passing the above mentioned MCQ test + writting an assay on a given topic) Examination: OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination): two 6 min stations, the pass mark is set a priori by a modified Anghoff method 1st station BLS on a manekin (all age groups, with or w/o AED) 2nd station: sim-station (basic life-threatening situations - unconsciousness, seizures, medical and pediatric emergencies, ...)

Lectures Lesson 1 Organisation of rapid response team and ambulance services in Europe. Call and basic rules of communication eith the operator. Basic life support - theory of CPR. Lesson 2: Seizures, unconsciousness, bleeding, suffocation and other life-threatening conditions - theory.
Practical trainings 1. Basic Life Support - adults 2. CPR with the use of AED and/or ambu bag 3. CPR of newborns and children, basic skills for first aid at the site of an accident
