This course is established for students of 4th year. It informs about the influence of factors of climatic, geographical and socio-economical (and other) origin on the health travellers. It brings some information about the most frequent diseases connected with travelling abroad, about their diagnostics, therapy, assessment and prevention.

The main task of the subject is to give students some basic information about problems connected with travelling abroad. It means diseases which accompany travelling, diseases typical for certain regions or connected with specific cultural and socio-economical influences and psychical consequences of stay in developing countries.
