Increase physical fitness mainly focused on jogging and comprehensive strengthening using your own body weight. Regular lessons 1x per week for 90 minutes. Designed for beginners. Taught in English. Optional course will be teached in winter semester 2019/2020 ewery Tuesday 14,30 - 16,00. The optional course or course for the winter semester 2019/20 must be enrolled / canceled until 31.10.2019, for the summer semester 2019/20 until 13.3.2020.

This course provides instruction and practice opportunities to increase physical fitness mainly focused on jogging and comprehensive strengthening using your own body weight. Familiarization with the theoretical foundations and the physiological effects of sports training. The course is designed for complete beginners as well.

A brief syllabus of the course: This course provides instruction and practice opportunities to increase physical fitness mainly focused on jogging and comprehensive strengthening using your own body weight. Familiarization with the theoretical foundations and the physiological effects of sports training. The course is designed for complete beginners as well ..

- Fitness runs 30-70 minutes, the distance 5-10 km

- Running technique

- Strengthening the body svlastním

- Theoretical foundations of physical load

- The use of basic tools for strength training in natural conditions (TRX, expanders)

- Continuous surveillance by testing.

- Classes take place 1x per week for 90 minutes.

- The subject is taught also in English
