Organization of pneumology classes
Pneumology 1- B83011
1. Schedule The schedule for both 4th and 5th years is available in SIS.
2. Lectures Lectures are in the form of annotated PowerPoint presentations available in MOODLE 1 (https://dl1.cuni.cz/course/index.php?categoryid=1133). Lectures are divided into subjects Pneumology 1 and 2, but they are available for students of all years of the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University.
3. Practical classes Teaching at clinical workplaces takes place according to the schedule in the form of clinical seminars and practices in inpatient and outpatient departments, bronchoscopic rooms and trainers.

5. Organization of classes in individual workplaces
Department of Pneumology the First Faculty of Medicine and Thomayer Hospital
· Practical intructions takes place in pavilion B5 in the inpatient department of the clinic, seminars in the lecture hall in pavilion B5. The bronchoscopic ward is located on pav. B1 in the operating tract of the Department of Thoracic Surgery, 3rd Medical Faculty, Charles University and FTN. · Before the start of classes, students change into PPE in the medics' cloakroom. The cloakroom is located in the basement of pavilion B5. The locker room key is available at the acute clinic on the 1st floor in the same building Already dressed students pass connecting corridor to the auditorium (pav. B5), where will be divided into groups.The first class will take place in the B5 auditorium, where students will be divided into groups.

Every absence must be excused and replaced. 100% participation and the final test is required for credit. Students take the final (credit) test on the last day of their internship at the Pneumology Clinic. Passing the test is a condition for receiving credit.
