- Seznámení s krizovou intervencí, formy odborné krizové intervence - zásady intervence, strategie a pomoci.
- Seznámení s krizovou intervencí při krizových stavech člověka, práce s emocemi v krizové intervenci, trauma.
- Práce s rodinou, telefonická krizová intervence.
- Praktická cvičení k dané problematice.

- Identification with crisis intervention, forms of professional intervention - outlines of intervention, strategy and help.
- Identification with crisis intervention in crises, work with emotion in crisis intervention.
- Cooperation with the family, phone crisis intervention.
- Practical training in the field of crisis intervention.
Příprava studenta: Student musí mít splněnou zkoušku z Psychologie a neuropsychologie v RHB.
