Annotation -
Vietnamese as Optional Oriental Language is a course aimed at complete beginners without any knowledge of Vietnamese. At the beginning of the course, special stress will be put on phonetics due to the tonal nature of the Vietnamese. In the course of the semester, students will learn basic grammar and phrases.
