Annotation -
In this language course, we improve our German skills using theater education methods. Together, we explore the German language through scenic play, role-playing, improvisation, and creative forms of expression. The focus is not only on the correct use of grammar and vocabulary but above all on active speaking, understanding, and confidently using the language in different situations. Building on literary and non-literary texts, we approach the German language in a variety of ways. Using different texts and visual sources, we get to know various drama education methods that help us actively use and speak German. Through physical expression, movement, and interaction, we deepen our language comprehension while simultaneously developing communicative and social skills.
The course offers us the opportunity to experience German in a holistic, creative, and practical way and to sustainably improve our language skills. The course is aimed at A2-level students who want to expand their language skills in German through the world of theater. It requires a willingness to engage in an open learning process with a lot of movement and creative freedom.
