Annotation -
The course is intended only for students of the Institute of Deaf Studies and for hard hearing and deaf students of Charles University.
The objective of this course is to introduce into philosophy on the basis of an interpretation of ancient philosophers. The lectures will be based on the most prominent philosophers of the 20th century, who found significant inspiration in ancient philosophy (Martin Heidegger, Karl Jaspers, Jan Patočka). The lectures will also focus on the issue of value and life orientation of today´s man.
