Annotation -
This is a one-semester course, 1x2 lessons per week. The course assumes 26 face-to-face lessons and about 25 hours of self-study (2 credits)
The objective of the course is to practice reading and interpretation of academic texts and to master fundamental academic vocabulary.
Individual lessons focus on the factual aspect of a selected text, its historical context, and the language used.
The languages used in class are both English and Czech.
