Annotation

Jednosemestrální kurz představí studentům možné pohledy na fenomén leadershipu (vedení lidí) v současných organizacích. V kurzu se budeme zabývat základními koncepcemi a pohledy na leadera a leadership a rovněž se zaměříme na analýzu stylů vedení významný leaderů 21. století.


Introductory class focusing on existing views of leadership (leading people) in contemporary organizatons. In this
class we will deal with foundations of leadership and leader theories as well as we will focus on leading style
analysis of important leaders in the 21st century.
