The aim of the course is to provide a general and theoretical introduction to methods with an emphasis on their classification in relation to knowledge verified in diagnostic, intervention and research application programs. Possibilities of practical use of the presented methods. General characteristics of methods used in work and organizational psychology. Activity characteristics of the methods. Differential psychological characteristics of methods. Application of methods in various special fields (engineering psychology, transport psychology, market psychology, personnel psychology, etc.). Presentation of classical methods (pencil and paper), electronic methods and instrumental methods.
Course content: dominating are occupational projects and projects in relation to the conditions determining the work performance of individuals and groups; General characteristics of methods; Activity characteristics of methods, including occupational methods and methods of evaluation of workers; Differential psychological characteristics of methods, especially methods of cognition of the personality of the worker; Social psychological characteristics of methods; Application of methods in special areas: in personnel, engineering psychology, in psychology of organization and management, in psychology of transport, market and economic psychology. Zápočet vám bude udělený na základě splnění podmínek pro prezenční nebo distanční formu. Prezenční obsahuje 2 části: A: Skupinová příprava jedné intervenční nebo diskusní části praktické přednášky. B: Absolvování 6 z 10 praktických přednášek a odevzdání sebereflexe v moodle.
Distanční: Rozhovor se zaměstnancem HR (nebo osobou, která má v organizaci na starosti rozvoj zaměstnanců) o aktuálních potřebách v oblasti rozvoje zaměstnanců. Na základě tohoto rozhovoru vypracování návrhu intervenčních postupů, kterými by je mohla organizace řešit. Návrh má rozsah 6-10 NS a je založený na výzkumných závěrech z publikovaných článků.
