User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), Experience Design (XD) & Service Design (SD) are terms gaining in popularity especially in startup and web design. We will use two projects to experience “experience” and have a better understanding of the reality of implementing it in a startup or corporate world. We will look at the full life cycle from first plan to sunset and V++.
