The course is devoted to selected aspects of contemporary German grammar. In addition to the use of articles, special attention is given to the so-called minor parts of speech.

Course completion requirements -
The course concludes with an exam consisting of a written and an oral part. The written part covers the seminar material, while the oral part covers the lecture material. In both sections, primary emphasis is placed on knowledge of Contemporary German Grammar III, with basic knowledge from previous grammar courses expected as a secondary prerequisite. The oral part can only be taken after the successful completion of the written part.
Conditions for eligibility to take the written part include:
regular seminar attendance (a maximum of three absences),
active participation in seminar discussions,
completion of assigned exercises for each seminar,
and the reading of assigned texts.
The minimum passing score for the written part is 70%. If this score is not reached, a grade of 4 (fail) is assigned. If the score is met, the final grade is determined based on the combined performance in both sections, with the oral part carrying greater weight in the case of a tie.

Předmět je zakončen zkouškou, která má písemnou a ústní část. Písemná část je věnována látce semináře, ústní část látce přednášky. V obouch částech se vyžadují primárně znalosti látky Gramatiky současné němčiny III, sekundárně i základní znalosti z předchozích gramatických kurzů. Ústní část lze absolvovat až po úspěšném složení písemné části.
Podmínky připuštění k písemné části:
pravidelná docházka na seminář (max. 3 absence),
aktivní zapojení do diskuzí na seminářích,
četba zadaných textů,
samostatné vypracování cvičení na každý seminář.
Bodová hranice úspěšného složení písemné části zkoušky je 70 %. Pokud studující této hranice nedosáhne, je výsledná známka 4. Při splnění hranice 70 % se výsledná známka stanovuje za obě části zkoušky dohromady. V případě nerozhodného výsledku má vyšší váhu část ústní.
