Learning outcomes After successful completion of the course, the student is able to:
The aim of the subject is to obtain: - movement experience with specifically focused swimming locomotion and exercises in water, - acquire an inventory of suitable exercises for the regeneration and rehabilitation of an individual with different sports orientation - theoretical background for organizing an exercise program in water with the aim of regeneration, reconditioning |
