1. Students become familiar with basic philosophical terminology. 2. Students study one topic from the course syllabus in depth and write a term paper on it. 3. Students will master the essay form of writing academic texts. 4. Students will be able to present their own ideas on selected philosophical topics. 5. Students can conduct research on selected topics. 6. Students are able to compare their own findings with conventional and/or dissenting expert opinions from the research and eventually argue with them. 7. Students understand the requirements of the ISO 690 citation standard and apply it in their text. |
