The course offers a panorama of the history of France articulated with that of Europe. He approaches this vast “matter” in a point of intersection of general history (of which the main approaches will be sketched), the history of ideas, culture and literature, even the arts.

Studium a znalost doporučené literatury, orientace v historických epochách a jejich dominantních rysech, reflexe hermeneutické a metodologické problematiky přístupů k minulosti v kontextu humanitních věd.

Písemná práce: fundovaná reflexe zvoleného historického problému, jevu, situace z dějin Francie, cca 4 normostrany.

Námět musí být vymezen tak (t.j. ne příliš široce!), aby v mezích předepsaného rozsahu umožnil patřičný rozbor a výklad.

N.B. "Fundovaná" znamená: analyticko-interpretativní přístup, podložená argumentace, odkazy na odbornou literaturu s případnými citacemi; ne pouhá kompilace, ne pouhé výčtové a přehledové faktografické řetězce.
