Aim of the course is to present threats connected to the double transition of the 21st century geopolitics. The first is transition of power from state to non-state actors, the second is shift of geopolitical and geoeconomic centre from the West to the Indian Ocean region. Understanding the nature of these processes as well as threats connected to them is a key to comprehensive understanding of the contemporary world. |
