Specifically, this course includes hands-on training of: 1. 30-15 intermittent test, maximal speed, acceleration, and maximal aerobic speed 2. 1-repetition maximum testing and muscle endurance testing 3. Isometric and isokinetic dynamometry 4. Linear position transducers 5. Isometric mid-thigh pull, other force plate measurements, and reactive strength index 6. Tensiomyography 7. Oxyplex - tissue oxygenation 8. Muscle architecture via ultrasound (if equipment is available)
