The faculty can enable the option to submit individual types of requests using the dipl_uc.zadosti_podavani configuration parameter.
Students who have a thesis assigned in the system can submit the following requests:
- Application to exclude thesis attachments from public view
- Application to extend the deadline for thesis submission
- Application for permission to attach a file with a non-standard extension
A list containing the following information will be available to students who have submitted requests:
- Request type
- Request status
- submitted
- approved
- rejected
- forwarded to the dean
- forwarded to the rector
- Requested on
- Name of applicant - other types of requests may be submitted on the student’s behalf by the supervisor
- Request evaluated on
- Name of evaluator
- Reasons given
- Proposed extension (no. of days) - in the case of applications to extend the deadline for thesis submission
- Standard period (no. of days) - in the case of applications to extend the deadline for thesis submission
- Extension - in the case of applications for permission to attach a file with a non-standard extension

When submitting the request, please fill in the following:
- in the text field, give the reasons for your request and provide information about the attachment (format, programming language, version, operating system and other relevant information).
- file format – extension (excluding dot)
