The Stress Management Workshop is a comprehensive and interactive program designed to equip participants in one day with effective strategies and techniques for managing stress in both personal and professional settings. The workshop begins by exploring the concept of stress and its impact on physical and mental health. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the causes and symptoms of stress, as well as the negative consequences it can have on various aspects of life. Through engaging presentations, group discussions and experiential activities, participants will learn to identify their own stress triggers and develop awareness of the effects of stress on their lives. The main aim of the workshop is to enable the participants with a range of stress management techniques and strategies. These include relaxation, breathing, voice and movement techniques. Participants will also learn about the importance of self-care, healthy lifestyle choices and maintaining boundaries to avoid stress overload. The stress management workshop is suitable for individuals from various professional fields who experience stress in their personal and professional lives.
