| The course is focused on the technique and basics of skiing didactics and is intended for students of the field of Military Physical Education. Content of the course: - Methodology for training basic skiing skills (taking into account the needs of teaching on school skiing courses) - Application of teaching procedures and preparatory exercises in skiing lessons - Use of aids to diversify and improve the quality of teaching (slalom poles, goals, cones, water noodles, balls) |

| Course dates 29.1–4.2.2023 (Monday - Sunday) Meeting 29.1. at 1 p.m. at the Na Muldě mountain hut, Pec pod Sněžkou Course content: - History of skiing - Technique and methodology of cross-country skiing - Technique and methodology of downhill and turning on skis - Skiing in school physical education - Ski technology - Safety during ski training Credit requirements: - Full participation in the course - Theoretical exam (oral form in the scope of thematic areas) - Practical rides: fulfilled all practical requirements from cross-country skiing (alternate running two-stroke, parallel run one-stroke, double-sided skating one-stroke and bilateral skating two-stroke) and all practical requirements from downhill skiing (plow arc, parallel arc medium radius, parallel arc medium radius) dynamic form) Mandatory equipment: downhill and cross-country equipment (skis, poles, goggles, helmet), writing utensils, notepad The price includes: course fees, accommodation and full board The price does not include: transport, ski pass (according to the current price list of the ski area HERE https://www.skiresort.cz/informace/nabidka-pro-skoly/cenik-skolnich-skipasu-pro-zimni-sezonu/), recreation fee (25 CZK/day) |
