Programme profile:	Join us for a 4-day cycling camp. You will gain confidence in the terrain and learn new riding tricks under the guidance of experienced trainers. The camp is designed for both beginners and advanced riders who have experience with more difficult terrain. Participants will go through the planning of cycling training with Svatopluk Henke in the form of lectures. They will also learn road and mountain biking techniques with European Champion Kristian Hynek and Paralympian Michal Stark. Another important part of the program are lessons on compensatory exercises, lectures and seminars on technique with Michal Fiklas, mechanic of Superior and Rock Machine brands.
