| A one-semester program, which contens an introduction to the basic theory of physical education and exercise, the benefits of physical activity and health aspects of sport. Seniors take 36 lessons (18 hours each semester), a total of 12 hours of professional lectures related to a healthy lifestyle in postproductive age and 24 hours of physical activity aimed at their development of fitness and prevention of civilization diseases. |

| The program will take place 1x14 days in Brandýs nad Labem, only for outdoor activities will be selected other locations (Prague and the surrounding area accessible public transport), lessons will take place in blocks, 3 x 45 minutes, each block will be 1 hour (1x45minutes ) theory followed by 2 hours (2x45) of practical physical activities. Content of the training program: Theoretical basis: - Theory of physical culture, - Health aspects of physical activity Practice: - Water sports (swimming, water exercises) - Health exercises (yoga, special health exercises, pilates) - Outdoor activities (hiking, Nordic walking, orientation activities) - Rhythmic exercises and exercises with music (folk dances, rhythmic exercises, movement composition) |
