The course will cover the following:
- Introduction into auxiliary historical sciences
- The Modern Age paleographic practice
- The Modern Age diplomatics
- Seals research,heraldry, genealogy
- Overview of tha history of Czech lands from 1526 until present times
- The history of administration from 1526 intil present times
- Introdution into archiving and archiving laws
- Registry and pre-archival care, archive functioning and archiving technologies
- Organizational principles and ways of archiving different types of dokuments and colletions (including a photo documents,phono documents, map collections, etc.)
- Trips - the national Archives, The State Regional Archive of Prague, examples ministry archives and/or company archives, a visit to a registry office
