“Healthy Weight Loss for Women” is a comprehensive, evidence-based programme designed to support women in achieving weight loss in a safe, sustainable, and health-oriented manner. The programme integrates nutrition, physical activity, behavioural strategies, and lifestyle modification with the aim of improving metabolic health, physical fitness, and overall well-being.

The programme includes personalised nutritional guidance emphasising whole foods, balanced macronutrient intake, and portion control, alongside recommendations for cardiovascular and resistance-based physical activity tailored to individual capabilities. Particular attention is given to behavioural coaching, motivation, habit formation, and prevention of weight regain.

The programme is grounded in current scientific evidence and places strong emphasis on safety, including monitoring of selected health indicators and regular progress assessment. Education and structured support are integral components, empowering participants to make informed decisions and to maintain healthy body weight and lifestyle changes in the long term.

The course will be held in 4 or 5 levels:
1) The course begins with an eight-hour workshop, where participants will learn useful information about the importance of nutrition for health, weight loss and overall fitness. They will also learn about nutrient metabolism, the importance of vitamins, antioxidants and other dietary supplements; the influence of hormones on our health, metabolism and movement. They will also learn practical information on how to work with motivation and how to create a habit and why it is crucial for maintaining health and achieving their goals. Participants will also learn how stress, lack of motivation or excuses prevent them from achieving their weight loss goals. They will also learn effective strategies and procedures on how to relieve stress and manage lack of motivation. At the end of the day, your body composition will also be examined using a non-invasive method.
2) Individual monitoring of your current eating habits for one week.
3) Individual online consultation and assessment of your current condition, including a complete medical history, interpretation of your body composition test, and a tailor-made eating, drinking, sleeping, and exercise plan.
4) After six weeks of following the recommended individual plan, a follow-up consultation will follow, including a body composition test and correction and a weight loss plan. After this consultation, you will be able to lose weight on your own or continue with us for longer-term support.
5) This program also offers the option of ordering long-term support for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. You will be included in a group of like-minded women and, through mentoring and coaching, group support, or tips on physical activities, you will continue to work on your health, shape your body, and increase your mental and physical well-being and resilience.
