This offer combines the courses Elements of Controlled Movement and Self-Defense I+II (November 10 and December 6, 2025).

The course is suitable for both men and women, regardless of prior experience with movement or self-defense. The exercises are conducted at a gentle pace, with an emphasis on an individual approach, comfort, and participant safety.

Be prepared, confident, and safe!

This course is intended for anyone who wants to strengthen not only their body, but also their sense of security, self-confidence, and ability to respond calmly in everyday or unexpected situations. The techniques are simple, effective, and tailored to each participant’s abilities.

Participants will learn basic defensive techniques that can be mastered without any previous experience. Emphasis is placed on prevention – the ability to recognize a potentially risky situation early and avoid it safely. The course supports not only physical skills but also mental resilience, calmness, and inner stability.

The program also includes follow-up techniques that build on the skills learned in the initial course. Simulated scenarios allow participants to practice their responses in a safe environment, with respect for each individual’s pace and needs. The course also supports the development of strength, balance, and coordination, all of which contribute to greater confidence in movement and overall well-being in daily life.

The goal of the course is not to teach combat techniques in the traditional sense, but to develop movement skills, the ability to remain calm, and to recognize appropriate defensive options suitable for the age and physical condition of seniors.
