| Participants will become familiar with the basic principles of movement, falling techniques, methods of releasing from simple grips, and prevention of dangerous situations. The aim of the course is not to teach combat techniques in the true sense of the word, but rather to develop movement skills, the ability to stay calm, and to recognize defense options appropriate to the age and physical capabilities of seniors. This course is specifically designed for seniors who wish to maintain their physical and mental fitness, boost their self-confidence, and learn the basic elements of self-defense and movement-based exercises. The program is tailored to the needs of the older generation – it emphasizes safety, slow and controlled movements, the development of coordination, balance, and the ability to respond appropriately in crisis situations. The course is suitable for both men and women, regardless of previous experience with movement or self-defense. The exercises are conducted at a gentle pace, with a focus on an individual approach and the comfort of each participant. |
