"Healthy Weight Loss for Women" is a comprehensive and personalized program designed to help women reach their weight loss goals safely and sustainably. This program focuses on holistic health by integrating nutrition, fitness and lifestyle modifications tailored specifically to women's needs. Program begins by equipping course participants with the necessary information about nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindset, motivation, and accountability. Next, a thorough assessment of each participant's health profile, including medical history, current eating habits, physical activity level, and weight loss goals. Based on this assessment, they are developed individualized nutrition plans. In addition to nutrition, the program emphasizes the importance of regular physical activity. Exercise plans are designed to be achievable with individual preferences and fitness levels in mind. Behavioral coaching is a core aspect of the program that addresses the psychological and emotional factors that influence eating habits and lifestyle choices. Safety and well-being are paramount. The program encourages gradual, steady progress rather than quick fixes or extreme measures. Importantly, the goal of the program is long-term success beyond weight loss. Participants will learn strategies for maintaining weight, navigating social situations, and overcoming obstacles. By equipping women with the tools and support they need, Healthy Weight Loss for Women promotes positive lifestyle changes that contribute to overall health and well-being.

1) The course begins with an eight-hour workshop, where the participant learns useful information about the importance of nutrition for health, weight loss and overall body condition. They will also learn about the metabolism of nutrients, the importance of vitamins, antioxidants and other food supplements; the influence of hormones on our health, metabolism and movement. They will also get acquainted with practical information on how to work with motivation and how to create a habit and why this is crucial for maintaining health and set goals. Furthermore, participants will learn how stress, lack of motivation, or excuses prevent them from achieving their set goals in the area of weight loss. They will also learn effective strategies and procedures to reduce stress and manage lack of motivation.
2) Individual monitoring of existing eating habits for a period of one week.
3) Individual consultation and evaluation of the current state combined with a general history, examination of body composition and a tailor-made program of eating, drinking, sleeping and exercise plan.
4) After six weeks of compliance with the recommended individual plan, a follow-up consultation is followed with an examination of body composition and corrections and a weight loss plan. After this consultation, you will be able to lose weight independently, or continue with us with longer-term support.
5) This program also offers the option of reordering long-term support for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. You will be included in a group of similarly minded women, and through mentoring and coaching, group support, or tips on physical activities, you will continue to work on your health, shape your body, and increase mental and physical well-being and resistance.
