Programme profile:	The course provides an overview of one of the most popular evidence-based leadership theories, along with practical applications for a leader's everyday life. The course is primarily designed for formal and informal leaders, as well as those interested in the topic of leadership

Programme schedule and content plan:	Termíny: online version only, December 1st, 2025, 13.00-16.30h. Lecturer: Mgr. Shumran Hafoudh The workshop will focus on transformational leadership, a widely used evidence-based theory that boosts motivation, performance, engagement, and adaptability within teams. We will explore the four key pillars of the theory—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—and their practical applications. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the theory and personalized tips for enhancing their leadership skills.
