Programme profile:	The course Labor law for HR professionals I. is focused on labor law as one of the important areas of effective personnel management. The participants of the course will be introduced primarily to the Labor Code no. 262/2006 Coll., but also with other related regulations, e.g. the Employment Act, the Labor Inspection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, the Collective Bargaining Act, etc. When working with these legal regulations, Czech and European jurisprudence will also be used, which will enable course participants to better understand the given issue and subsequently use it in practice. The course will also focus on solving practical examples from the participants' practice.
