Basic terms from pathology, causes of movement system disorders, influence of civilizational factors, basic types of disorders propulsion system. Basics of archery sport, technique and methodical procedures, orientation for the disabled, methodical training procedures. |

| 5 day course Date: 16.6.2025 - 20.6.2025 In time: 8-10 and 12-14; a break intended for crossing between sports fields Venue: Health TV - gym TB0-2, FTVS UK, J. Martího 31, Prague 6 Archery - Shooting Range of the START Sports Club on Strelecky Island, Prague 1 - Staré Město Practice/practical hours: - Principles of the balancing process in influencing muscle imbalances in individual areas of the locomotor system. - Application and methodical procedures of compensatory exercises in the weakening of the motor system in disabled individuals I. - Application and methodological procedures of compensatory exercises in the weakening of the motor system in disabled individuals II. - Application of movement regimes due to individual types of weakness and disability. Exercise aids - their meaning. - Use of other forms - Chinese gymnastics, yoga exercises. - Development of basic movement stereotypes - postural, locomotion, breathing. - Breathing exercises - development of respiratory function, controlled breathing. - Relaxation exercises - relaxation methods - History of archery, sports competitions, categories. Equipment and safety rules. - Selection of archery equipment, adjustment, construction of the shooting range. - Basic technique, instinctive shooting. - Shooting with sights I., II. - Shooting training - change of distances I., II. - Control race. |
