During the course, participants will meet a successful school counselling team and learn about the principles on which it is based. The experiences that individual team members and other practitioners share are transferable to completely different different school settings. The course aims to show a possible way to create a workplace that is effective in the prevention and avoidance of risk phenomena and therefore participants are given space for sharing and consultation.
