First lecture block 9:00-11:30 a.m.: the hormonal background of the functioning of the female body, the key to using natural changes during hormonal changes to optimize performance, activity planning Lunch break: 11:30 - 12:15 (participants pay for lunch themselves) Second lecture block: 12:15 – 1:30 p.m.: hormones and diet, how to maintain an optimal weight and not starve, vaginal microflora, endometriosis A woman in motion: 13:30 – 16:00 how to work with painful menstruation, how to strengthen the pelvic floor, how to use movement to process emotions |
