Practical educational program focused on introducing elements of parkour into physical education in a safe, enjoyable, and effective manner, allowing children to comprehend each movement and be able to continue using it outside of PE classes. Parkour is no longer considered street vandalism, a label it held for a long time. It represents an ideal path for comprehensive physical development, where children will work with their bodies, learn to combine movement skills with the intention of achieving a certain physical skill, and then refine and develop it to perfection. They will also discover that through parkour techniques, they are more capable of easily assisting others in challenging situations where an ordinary citizen may not easily reach. | |
