| Tématem práce bude stav reprezentace žen v politice v rámci České republiky. V první části práce budou analyzovány teoretické přístupy a koncepty, jak na politické zastoupení nahlížet. Pozornost bude věnována dichotomii deskriptivní a substantivní reprezentace i pohledu skrze skupinovou reprezentaci a sociální perspektivu. Na základě teoretických poznatků se práce pokusí vysvětlit aktuální podreprezentaci žen v politických pozicích, a ukázat možné řešení této situace, například v podobě genderových kvót, které jsou někdy považovany za kontraverzní nástroj. Jedno z podtémat této debaty, představuje představa mluvčího, který mluví naším hlasem, aniž by se s ním reprezentovaní identifikovali. Nejen z toho důvodu se práce bude opírat primárně o zdroje psané ženami – ať už v akademických, žurnalistických či politických pozicích. |
