Guidelines
Bakalářská práce se zabývá proměnami ve vztahu Jindřicha VIII. Tudora a Kateřiny Aragonské. Zaměřuje se především na příčiny a důsledky, které pramenily se vzájemných neshod ohledně vzdělávání, výchovy a budoucího partnera jejich jediného potomka Marie, pohledu Kateřiny na domácí a zahraniční politiku a Jindřichovy nutnosti zajistit dynastii zplozením mužského následníka trůnu. Práce se bude zaměřovat nejen na osobní vztah Jindřicha s Kateřinou, který se stal příčinou a podnětem mnoha událostí, ale i na mezinárodní faktory, které ovlivňovaly chod království a jeho politické směřování. V práci budou zohledněny názory nejen zahraničních vyslanců a velvyslanců, ale i církevních hodnostářů či významných osob a skupin u anglického dvora. Mimo osobního vztahu Jindřicha a Kateřiny budou právě tyto mezinárodní aspekty a faktory v rámci širšího francouzsko-habsburského zápasu o hegemonii v Evropě hrát podstatnou roli při postupném odcizení mezi Jindřichem a Kateřinou, jež následně povede k ukončení manželství.
