Preliminary scope of work
Diplomová práce se zabývá zákonnou úpravou a vybranými specifiky služebního poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů a vojáků z povolání, a to jednak optikou odděleného zkoumání předmětných zákonných úprav zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a zákona č. 221/1999 Sb., o vojácích z povolání, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, ale dále také jejich vzájemnou komparací. V rámci práce je řešena problematika vzniku, změn a zániku služebního poměru a dále vybraná specifika služebního poměru, a to optikou dopadů Směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2003/88/ES, o některých aspektech úpravy pracovní doby ze dne 4. listopadu 2003.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis deals with the legal regulation and selected specifics of the service relationship of members of the security forces and professional soldiers, both through the lens of a separate examination of the subject legal regulations of Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the security forces, as amended, and Act No. 221/1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended, but also through their mutual comparison. The thesis deals with the issue of the establishment, changes and termination of the service relationship and selected specifics of the service relationship through the lens of the impact of Directive 2003/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 November 2003 on certain aspects of the regulation of working time.
