Diplomová práce na téma postavení profesionálních fotbalistů pohledem pracovního práva je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá jednak znaky závislé práce u profesionálních fotbalistů a druhak formami spolupráce mezi hráči a kluby. Druhá část se zabývá problematikou aplikace zákoníku práce na činnost profesionálních fotbalistů a důsledky toho, že svou činnost nevykonávají jako zaměstnanci. Třetí část se zabývá možnostmi legislativního řešení. Většina třetí části se zabývá návrhem speciálního zákona, který by profesionálním sportovcům umožnil vykonávat svou činnost v pracovním poměru.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis on the topic of the legal status of professional football players according to the labor law is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the signs of dependent work among professional footballers and the forms of cooperation between players and clubs. The second part deals with the issue of the application of the Labor Code to the activities of professional footballers and the consequences of the fact that they do not perform their activities as employees. The third part deals with the possibilities of a legislative solution. The majority of the third part deals with the proposal of a special law that would allow professional athletes to perform their activities in an employment relationship.
