Guidelines

Saduceové a farizeové byly dvě výrazné skupiny náboženských učenců v období konce druhého Chrámu. Saduceové bývají představováni jako skupina, která v se při náboženských rozhodnutích držela pouze psané tóry a zastávala volnější výklad písma. Oproti tomu farizeové bývají představováni jako učenci respektující především doslovný výklad tóry, nicméně při svých argumentacích se opírající nejen o tóru psanou, ale rovněž ústní. Na základě těchto dvou předpokladů pak bývají saduceové a farizeové kladeni do vzájemného protikladu. Jedním z pramenů, kde jsou názory obou dvou skupin zaneseny, jsou halachické texty. Tato práce se soustředí na zkoumání postojů obou dvou skupin, zaznamenaných v halachických textech, přičemž se snaží odpovědět na otázku, do jaké míry jsou platné dva výše zmíněné obecné názory, a to na pozadí historického, kulturního a politického kontextu.
