| Bakalářská práce zkoumá soudnictví v Ujgurské autonomní oblasti Xinjiang v Čínské lidové republice v období vlády generálního tajemníka Komunistické strany Číny Xi Jinpinga od roku 2012. Podle dostupných informací bylo ve zkoumaném období v Xinjiangu odsouzeno k dlouhodobému odnětí svobody značné množství Ujgurů a dalších muslimů, často v rozporu s legislativou ČLR. Cílem práce je popsat tento fenomén masového věznění na základě dostupných soudních dokumentů, které budou prozkoumány a srovnány s platnou legislativou i s celkovým kontextem národností politiky v Xinjiangu a socialistické zákonnosti v Xi Jinpingově období. |
