| Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem generálních seminářů, reformou teologického studia, kterou prováděl Josef II. v habsburské monarchii v letech 1783—1790. Hlavní zájem bude kladen především na seminář v Hradisku u Olomouce. Práce bude rozdělena do tří kapitol. První přiblíží plán přípravy seminářů a jejich strukturu, jak byla zamýšlena státní správou. Bude tak nastíněn význam generálních seminářů v politice josefinismu a myšlenkovém kontextu doby. Zároveň budou porovnány určité fenomény v jednotlivých generálních seminářích napříč monarchií. Zde vycházím z předpokladu, že všechny instituce tohoto typu měly v centralizovaném státě fungovat totožně, zaměřím se tedy na případné rozdíly (nebo podobnosti), specifické případy a kontroverze. Druhá kapitola se týká samotného olomouckého semináře. Představí jeho institucionální zakotvení, personální obsazení a další aspekty jeho působení. Třetí kapitola se zaměří na alumny a rekonstrukci jejich každodenního života v semináři, vlastní smýšlení a vliv, který na jejich kněžskou profesi mělo vzdělávání v takovéto instituci. This master thesis deals with the topic of the General Seminaries, an institution that was established by the emperor Joseph II. in the Habsburg monarchy in the years 1773—1780 as a mean of reform of the theological education. The main focus will lie on the Seminary in Hradisko u Olomouce. The thesis will be divided into three chapter. The first one will deal with the ideas and state’s interests behind the project and the general administration of the Seminaries. Some of the most important phenomena through all the Seminaries in the monarchy will be mentioned and compared. The second chapter presents the Seminary in Hradisko u Olomouce and its institutional framework, staffing and other sides of its administration. The last chapter will focus on the alumni, their everyday life in the Seminary and the influence that the education possibly had on their thinking and the future profession as priests. |
