Guidelines

Práce se zaměřuje na oblast poskytování služeb v domovech pro seniory. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jaké potřeby domovy u svých klientů vnímají a jakými způsoby na ně reagují. V teoretické části práce budou představeny koncepty a teorie potřeb, kvality života ve stáří a well-beingu, téma ochrany práv seniorů a Standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Výzkumná část představí metodologické uchopení studie a výzkumná zjištění. Studie bude založena na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech se sociálními pracovníky vybraných domovů, mezi něž budou zařazeny i domovy s nejvyšším hodnocením certifikace Značky kvality.
